The rules for using this website and for passes to visit the temple.
1. Passes
- The Darshan Pass is the pass sold on this website. Some other passes are issued only by the temple, at its counters.
- A pass is a booking to visit. It is a convenience to reserve entry; it does not give ownership of, or any right in, the premises.
- You can book up to 10 people on one booking, for the dates offered at booking. One QR code admits the whole group on that pass.
- Prices are as shown at booking and include applicable taxes where the law requires.
- For safety or crowd control the temple may limit how many passes it issues for a day or stop issuing passes.
2. How long a pass lasts
A pass is valid for 24 hours from its start. For a visit today the start is the moment you buy it; for a later date it is the start of that day. Some passes issued by the temple are valid for the whole festival; the pass states this. Expired passes are not honoured.
3. Getting and using your pass
- After you pay, you download your pass on your own device. We do not send passes by email or WhatsApp. Keep it safe and do not share the QR code.
- If you lose it, ask at the pass counter; staff can reprint it for the phone number it was booked with.
- A pass is not transferable and not for resale. Sharing or selling a pass may cancel it without refund.
- The QR code is scanned at the gate. Each scan admits people from the pass, up to the number it was issued for. Once all are used, the pass cannot be used again.
- Carry your identity if asked. Passes that need a photo are covered by the Photo Capture Policy.
4. Entry rules
The temple may refuse or end entry for breach of the dress code, safety rules, photography and recording rules inside the premises, or unlawful conduct. A pass is not refunded only when entry is refused or ended because of the holder's own misconduct or breach of these rules.
Where entry is refused for any other reason, including a temple-side error, a closure, or a pass limit not honoured, the pass is refunded under the Refund Policy.
5. Temple cancellation
The temple may close, reschedule or pause passes for festivals, safety, crowd control or government orders. Affected passes are refunded under the Refund Policy.
6. Payments
Online payments are processed by the payment gateway. We do not store your card or UPI credentials. At the pass counter you can pay in cash or by UPI.
7. Liability
The temple is not liable for loss from causes outside its control, or for personal belongings. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Complaints
Contact the grievance officer named in the Privacy Policy. Your consumer rights under Indian law are not limited by these terms.
9. Versions
These terms are numbered and dated. Your booking records the version you accepted.
